Applicant Process

If you would like to apply to be a Support Specialist at Spectrum Support, Inc., please see the information below regarding the application process.

To apply for our:

• Baltimore Residential Program:
  Apply at the Corporate office in Eldersburg, Monday through Thursday, arriving between the hours of 10am and 1pm.


• Baltimore Day Habilitation Program:
  Apply at 1708 Whitehead Road, Suite 100.


• Cumberland Residential and Day Habilitation Programs:
  Apply at 27 East Industrial Boulevard.


• Hagerstown Day Habilitation Program:
  Apply at 9436 Earley Drive, Suite 1.

When applying for the position, you will be required to take a math and a reading test.
Please bring your drivers license and social security card with you when applying.

Requirements:

• 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license with no more than 2 points
• Must pass a criminal background check and MVA check
• Must pass a drug screen, paid for by the applicant
